Comparison and evaluation of the behavior of market entities in the B2B, B2C, C2B and C2C markets

Abstract:

Diplomová práce věnuje pozornost problematice chování tržních subjektů na trzích B2B, B2C, C2B a C2C. Chování subjektů na trhu B2B porovnává se subjekty na trhu B2C, a sice na trhu s kávou. Tržní subjekty a jejich chování na trhu C2B a C2C je mezi sebou porovnáváno na vybraných online platformách umožňující směnu. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena na charakteristiky jednotlivých trhů, specifikaci tržních subjektů a spotřebitele. V této části je následně ujasněn proces nákupního chování a faktory ovlivňující rozhodovací proces. Druhý oddíl teoretické části pojednává o projektovém managementu a věnuje se životnímu cyklu projektu. Dále se soustřeďuje na jednotlivé projektové fáze a nástroje projektového řízení. V praktické části je provedena podrobná deskripce a analýza tržního prostředí na trhu s kávou v případě trhů B2B a B2C a na vybraných online platformách v případě trhů C2B a C2C. Podstatnou součástí praktické práce je vytvoření projektového plánu, který aplikuje nástroje projektového řízení. Projektový plán je konstruován na základě vymezených teoretických východisek a výsledků z provedené analýzy na trhu s kávou v tržních prostředích B2B a B2C. Samotnou součástí projektového plánu je tvorba konkrétního projektu.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the behaviour of market entities in the B2B, B2C, C2B and C2C markets. It compares the behaviour of entities in the B2B market with entities in the B2C market, the coffee market. The market entities and their behaviour in the C2B and C2C market are compared with each other on selected online platforms. It the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on the characteristics of each market, the specification of market entities and consumers. In this part, the process of purchase behaviour is clarified and so as the factors influencing the decision-making process. The second section of the theoretical part discusses of project management and focuses on the project life cycle. Furthermore, it focuses on the different project phases and project management tools. In the practical part, a detailed description and analysis of the market environments in the coffee market in the case of B2B and B2C markets and on selected online platforms in the case of C2B and C2C markets is performed. An essential part of the practical work is the creation of a project plan that applies project management tools. The project plan is constructed on the basis of the defined theoretical background and results from the analysis of the coffee market in B2B and B2C market environments. The actual creation of a specific project is a part of the project plan.
