Strategic Analysis of an Enterprise

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce „Strategická analýza podniku“ je zpracování strategické analýzy konkrétního podniku a návrh jeho strategie rozvoje do budoucna. V úvodní části je věnován prostor vymezení strategického řízení a strategie podniku. V teoretické části je dále zaměřena pozornost na deskripci jednotlivých součástí strategické analýzy – analýzy externího a interního okolí podniku. Teoretickou část uzavírá kapitola SWOT analýza, která slouží jako podklad pro tvorbu podnikové strategie. V aplikační části bakalářské práce jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na aktuální situaci podniku TOSHULIN, a.s. Z provedených analýz externího a interního prostředí podniku je následně navržena vhodná strategie dalšího směřování společnosti, která je v souladu se strategickými cíli managementu podniku. Zvláštní pozornost je v závěru práce věnována rozpracování expanzivního záměru vedení podniku na jeden z mimoevropských trhů.

Abstract:

The goal of bachelor thesis „Strategic analysis of an enterprise“ stands in elaboration of strategic analysis of the particular company and suggestion of its future develepoment. The opening of the thesis focuses on concept of strategic management a corporate strategy. In theoretical part there is an accent on description of individual parts of strategic analysis – analyses of external and internal corporate environment. Theoretical part is concluded by chapter SWOT analysis, which is used as a support for strategy formulation. In application part is theoretical knowledge applied on the situation of particular enterprise – TOSHULIN, a.s. From conducted analyses of external and internal corporate environment there is a suggestion of appropriate strategy of future development, which is in compliance with strategic goals of company´s management. A special attention at the end of thesis is dedicated to development of corporate expansive intention to one of the non-european markets.
