Abstract:
The MICOS (Mitochondrial Contact Site and Cristae Organization System) complex of T. brucei was investigated in the parasite's bloodstream and procyclic life cycle stage. The interaction of MICOS subunits with other proteins and with each other as well as protein import mechanisms were investigated.
