SWOT analysis - the deciding instrument for enterprisse management

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření uceleného obrazu o podniku Congress Hotel Dvořák Tábor ****, který je ubytovacím a pohostinským zařízením v centru města Tábor, za pomocí analýzy SWOT. Hotel vyniká kvalitou poskytovaných služeb a exkluzivními prostory historického pivovaru. Toto téma jsem vypracovala za pomoci SWOT analýzy, PEST analýzy, analýzy konkurence a strategických map. V závěru práce popisuji strategie vycházející ze SWOT analýzy včetně návrhů a řešení, které podniku zaručí udržení si konkurenční pozice a budoucí úspěšný vývoj.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of a comprehensive picture of the Congress Hotel Dvořák Tábor ****, which is the accommondation and hospitality facilities in the center of Tábor, using the SWOT analysis. The hotel stands out for the quality of provided services and exclusive premises of the historic brewery. This topic was developed with the assistance of a SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, competition analysis and analysis of strategy maps. In the conclusion, I describe a strategy based on the SWOT analysis including suggestions and solutions that will guarantee the company to maintain a competitive position and future successful development.
