Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je vlastnictví bytů s odkazem na Zákon o vlastnictví bytů č. 72/1994 Sb. jako pilíř celé práce. Práce je orientována na pojem byt, práva a povinnosti vlastníka bytové jednotky a převody bytových jednotek. Otevřenější část práce vychází z aplikační praxe a věnuje se realitním kancelářím a trhu s byty. Práce je zakončena úvahou de lege ferenda ve vztahu k Zákonu o vlastnictví …more
Abstract:
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the flat ownership with the reference to the Flat ownership Act Nr. 72/1994 Coll. as the main pillar of the thesis. The thesis discusses the concept of a flat, rights and duties of the owner of flat and the flat ownership transfer.
