Approaches for the solution of the problem of visual pollution in conservation areas in Prague and Pilsen
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat a zhodnotit přístupy k řešení problematiky zahlcení vizuálním smogem v prostoru památkových rezervací v hlavním městě Praze a v Plzni. Práce zkoumá existující nástroje regulace vizuálního smogu a související pravomoci jednotlivých státních orgánů. Je popsán vliv na vnímání vzhledu historických center měst.
Abstract:
The propose of this bachelor's thesis is to define and evaluate ways of solving the problem of visual pollution in conservation areas of Prague and Pilsen. This thesis focuses on the existing visual pollution regulation tools and the linked with it authority of the individual state bodies. It describes influence on the perception of the environment with its focus on the historic city centers.
