Mortgage certificates and mortgage loans

Abstract:

Má práce je věnována problematice hypotečních zástavních listů a hypotečních úvěrů. V teoretické části vycházím z poznatků mnoha autorů a také z příslušných právních předpisů. V první kapitole se zabývám úvěrovými obchody bank, dále úvěrovou smlouvou, jako základem úvěrového vztahu. Poté jsem se zabýval hypotečními úvěry, jejich druhy, způsoby čerpání a splácení a dalšími náležitostmi. Následuje popis základních znaků dluhopisů a poté popis hypotečních zástavních listů. V praktické části porovnávám hypoteční zástavní listy některých bank a také základní podmínky hypotečních úvěrů na bydlení největších hráčů, působících na českém úvěrovém trhu. Následuje krátké zhodnocení a zamyšlení nad možným vývojem v oblasti hypotečních úvěrů.

Abstract:

My work has been devoted to the issue of mortgage bonds and mortgage loans. In the theoretical part I leave the knowledge of many authors and on relevant legislation. In the first chapter dealing with the credit business of banks, the credit agreement, as the basis of the credit relationship. Then I dealt with mortgage loans, their types, methods of drawing and repayment and other particulars. Here is a description of the basic characteristics of bonds and a description of mortgage bonds. In the practical part compare mortgage credit bonds of some banks and the basic conditions of mortgage loans for housing the largest players on the Czech credit market. Here is a brief assessment and consideration of possible developments in the field of mortgage credit.
