Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá současnou mladou generací a jejich názorům na instituci manželství a rodinný život. Pozornost je věnována rodině, funkcím rodiny, dále manželství, jsou zde charakterizovány právní vztahy mezi manželi, pozornost je věnována i alternativám k manželství. Presented thesis addresses current young generation and their opinions for marriage institution and family life. Attention is paid to a family, family functions, also marriage, relations between spouses are defined too, and attention is paid even to marriage alternati-ves.
