The aim of this thesis is to perform a valuation of Raiffeisenbank, a.s. with emphasis on the recent acquisition of Equa bank, a.s. The thesis analyses the contribution of the acquisition to the value of Raiffeisenbank and its impact on the financial results and strategic market position.
