Bakalářská práce se věnuje hypotečnímu trhu v České republice. Teoretická část popisuje historii hypotečního trhu, druhy hypotečních úvěrů a pojmy, které souvisí s hypotečním trhem a úvěrem, jako jsou fixace, splatnost, úrok, RPSN. The bachelor thesis focuses on the mortgage market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the history of the mortgage market, types of mortgage loans and concepts related to the mortgage market and credit, such as fixation, maturity, interest, APR.
