Abstract:
Tato práce obsahuje soubor pohybových pohádek, které je možné využívat ke zklidnění a relaxaci dětí i učitelek. Cvičení jsou určena k tomu, aby je mohly paní učitelky využívat kdykoli, dle potřeb dětí. Jsou tvořena tak, aby pomocí nich děti nenuceně a přirozeně spojily pohyb a příjemné emoční rozpoložení. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis consists of the list of motion fairy tales, so it would be possible to use those to calm and relax children and teachers. The exercise could be used anytime according the needs of the children. The motion fairytales are made so kids can naturally associate motion and exercise with good mood and nice feel.
