Diplomová práca skúma vizuálne prvky neskoro antických a rane stredovekých predmetov kresťanskej osobnej zbožnosti a to, ako odrážali špecifické potreby svojich nositeľov. Zaoberá sa najmä obdobím medzi 4. a 9. storočím v Rímskej a Byzantskej ríši. The thesis explores the visual features of late antique and early medieval objects of Christian personal piety, examining how they reflected the specific needs of their wearers. It focuses mainly on the period between the 4th and the end of the 9th century in the Roman and Byzantine Empire.
