Bakalářská práce představuje specifika elektronické spisové služby. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy spisové služby, charakterizuje legislativní rámec celé spisové služby, popisuje funkce spisové služby jak v listinné podobě, tak i v podobě elektronické.
