Tato diplomová práce analyzuje právní úpravu institutu záruky za jakost v českém soukromém právu (zejm. zák. č. 89/2012 Sb.), a to jak v poměrech B2B, tak B2C, a podrobněji se zabývá otázkou existence zákonné záruky za jakost. The thesis analyses legal regulation of warranty in Czech civil law (esp. the Act No. 89/2012 Sb.). Both B2B and B2C relations are taken into consideration and the thesis deals in greater extend with the question of existence of legal warranty.
