Mexican Presidency in the Era of PRI
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá mexickým prezidentským režimem během hegemonie Institucionálně revoluční strany v Kongresu. Popisuje pravomoci a postavení prezidenta a jeho vztahy k parlamentu a moci soudní. Aplikuje teorii nedemokratických režimů J.J.Linze a koncept delegativní demokracie. Analyzuje tranzici politického režimu za pomoci teorie her, se zvláštním přihlédnutím k volebnímu inženýrství.
Abstract:
This master thesis is focused on Mexican presidentialism during the Institutional Revolutionary Party hegemony in the Congress. It describes the presidential discretions, the position of the president in the political system and his relations to parliamentary and judicial powers. J.J.
