Anotace:

The Role of Leadership in shaping strategic Management. Objective of the new master thesis is to analyse the role of leadership in the strategic management of a company, evaluating how leadership influences the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of strategies. In the theoretical part, the theoretical background of leadership and strategic management will be analysed. To fulfil the objective of the master thesis, selected strategic management methods will be used in the practical part to determine the influence of leadership on management. Based on the findings, identify key areas of leadership for improving strategic management in the company.
