Abstract:
Ve své práci se zabývám problematikou compliance pacientů. V teoretické části charakterizuji pojem compliance a faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Zabývám se závislostí compliance na efektivní komunikaci a edukačních dovednostech zdravotníků, metodami ke zjišťování míry compliance a návody, jak ji zlepšit. My work is about patients compliance. In the theoretical part I characterized term compliance and her determinants. I write about subservience compliance on effective communications and educations skills, methods to recognition compliance rate and methods for increasing compliance (how we can improve her).
