Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na efektivnost řízení zásob v závislosti na hospodářském výsledku firmy. Jak z názvu vyplývá, práce se soustřeďuje na řízení skladových zásob v dané společnosti. Práce se zabývá cyklem řízení zásob od požadavku na objednání až po odeslání zboží zákazníkovi. The thesis focuses on the effectiveness of inventory management depending on the company's economic result. As the title suggests, the work focuses on managing inventory stocks in the company. The work deals with the inventory management cycle from the ordering requirement to sending the goods to the customer.
