This thesis focuses on antinormative expressions, such as incivility and intolerance, negativity, and conflict-oriented behavior, on social network sites in the Czech Republic (Central and Eastern Europe region) during the unprecedented times of health (COVID-19) and security (Russo-Ukrainian war) crises.
