Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu těkavých sloučenin ve vybraných vzorcích dřeva. Teoretická část se věnuje stavbě, vlastnostem a chemickému složení dřeva, dále izolaci a analýze těkavých sloučenin, a nakonec metodám použitým při stanovení. V experimentální části byla provedena izolace těkavých látek modřínu a ořešáku pomocí vybraných metod, konkrétně simultánní destilací ? extrakcí a mikroextrakcí …more

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of volatile compounds in wood species. The theoretical part is devoted to the structure, properties and chemical composition of wood, as well as the isolation and analysis of volatile compounds, and finally the methods used in the determination.
