Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá firemní kulturou a vzděláváním zaměstnanců v organizaci. Teoretická část je zaměřena obecně na firemní kulturu a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Popisuje firemní kulturu, její funkce, význam a cíle. Dále obsahuje základní pohled na vzdělávání zaměstnanců a přibližuje firemní kulturu z pohledu učící se organizace. Praktická část se věnuje firemní kultuře a vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve společnosti T-Mobile. Cílem je popsat firemní kulturu a vzdělávání zaměstnanců v této společnosti a zjistit jak ji vnímají její zaměstnanci, jak je pro ně důležitá, jak ovlivňuje jejich pracovní činnost.

Abstract:

This work deals with the corporate culture and training of employees within an organization. The theoretical part focuses on general corporate culture and employee training. It describes the corporate culture, its function, importance and objectives. It also contains a basic overview of employee training and corporate culture from the point of view of a learning organization. The practical part deals with the corporate culture and training of employees at T-Mobile. The aim is to describe the corporate culture and training of employees in this company and find out how the corporate culture is perceived by them, how important it is to them and how it affects their work.
