Anotace Tématem této absolventské práce jsou Místní poplatky. V úvodní části se práce zabývá prameny práva a vymezením základních pojmů souvisejících s místními poplatky a poplatkovým řízením, dále charakterizuje jednotlivé místní poplatky a poplatkové řízení, jeho dokumentaci, zásady a průběh.
