This thesis addresses right to life, as guaranteed by article 6, paragraph 4 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Basic Freedoms and article 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights and self-defense as a breach of this right. Táto práca sa zaoberá právom na život podľa čl. 6 ods. 4 Listiny základných práv a slobôd a čl. 2 Európskeho dohovoru o ochrane ľudských práv a inštitútom nutnej obrany ako prielomom do tohto práva.
