Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na testování citlivosti antimikrobiálních látek diskovou difúzní metodou. Jejím cílem práce bylo zkrátit čas k získání výsledků, změnou podmínek v průběhu testování. Testováno bylo 5 kontrolních kmenů (Staphylococcus aureus Haemophilus influenzae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Escherichia coli). Abstract:
This thesis is focused on susceptibility testing of antimicrobial substances by the disk diffusion method. The aim was to shorten the time to obtain results by changing conditions during the testing. Five control strains (Staphylococcus aureus, Haemophilus influenzae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Escherichia coli) were tested.
