Company culture, diversification and common traits of the employment relationships in Czech-Austrian comparison

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is concerned with culture and with meaning of influence of national identity/culture to its form. It?s close connected to interpersonal relationships and communication which is one of the most important presumption of success company process. The aim of the thesis is to clarify company culture of Austrian company Pflegeheim Beer, GmbH & Co KG, find out possible culture differences, preference and focus on culture?s differences ? Czech and Austrian. The bachelor thesis is divided to theoretically and practice parts. The goal of first part is to interpret theoretically presumptions and define the notions. The practice part describes the society and analyses the questionnaires. The conclusion describes the most explicit differences, collective traits of employment relationship and influence of national culture on creating company culture.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá firemní kulturou a významem vlivu národní identity/kultury na její podobu, s čímž velice úzce souvisí interpersonální vztahy a komunikace, jež jsou jedním z důležitých předpokladů úspěšného fungování podniku. Cílem práce je seznámit se a popsat firemní kulturu rakouské firmy Pflegeheim Beer GmbH & Co KG, odhalit možné kulturní odlišnosti, preference a konkrétně se zaměřit na odlišnosti způsobené střetem kultur, v tomto případě české a rakouské. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část má za úkol seznámit čtenáře s veškerými teoretickými předpoklady a vymezit pojmy, které úzce souvisí s tématem. V praktické části je charakterizovaná společnost a vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření. V závěru jsou uvedeny nejznatelnější odlišnosti, ale také společné rysy pracovních vztahů v daném podniku a vliv národní kultury na utváření podnikové kultury.
