Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rizik před implementaci štíhlé výroby v podniku. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základy analýzy rizik a následně teorie na dané téma. This bachelor's thesis deals with the risks of the implementation of lean production in the company. In the theoretical part, the basics of risk analysis and subsequent theories on the topic are presented.
