Bakalářská práce se zabývá kontaktem dítěte v pěstounské péči s biologickou rodinou. Teoretická část je rozčleněna do tří kapitol, přičemž první kapitola vymezuje pěstounskou péči z pohledu stěžejní aktuálně platné legislativy České republiky. The Bachelor thesis deals with the contact of a child in foster care with a biological family. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters, the first chapter defining foster care from the perspective of the main currently valid legislation of the Czech Republic.
