Montessori pedagogy and the three period lesson in education in pre-school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Montessori pedagogika a třístupňová výuka v mateřské škole má dvě části. Teoretická část nejprve seznamuje s životem a prací M. Montessori, dále se snaží nastínit základní principy Montessori pedagogiky jako jsou senzitivní období, polarizace pozornosti či absorbující mysl. Nakonec se zabývá třístupňovou výukou, jejími principy a použitím v praxi. V praktické části ověřuji dodržování principů třístupňové výuky v praxi, její výhody a nevýhody, další její možné využití a vliv na vývoj dítěte.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis which is called Montessori pedagogy and three period lesson in education in preschool is divided into two parts. The theoretical part introduces Maria Montessori, her life and work. Further it tries to outline the basic principles of Montessori pedagogy, e. g. sensitive periods, concentration or absorbent mind. In the end it explains the principles and practical use of three period lesson. In the practical part I verify the compliance with the principles of three period lesson in practise, its advantages and disadvantages, further use of 3PL and its impact on the child development.
