Diplomová práce vysvětluje pojem domácí násilí s cílem zjistit, jaké jsou možnosti pomoci obětem partnerského násilí. Dále se v práci dočteme o znacích, formách, fázích a mýtech domácího násilí. Seznámí nás s účastníky domácího násilí a systémem právních norem České republiky týkajících se domácího násilí. The diploma thesis explains the concept of domestic violence with the aim of finding out what are the possibilities of helping victims of intimate partner violence. Furthemore, in the work we will learn about the signs, forms, stages and myths of domestic violence.
