Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretickou, praktickou a analytickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na metodu nejvyššího a nejlepšího využití (HABU) a její význam v tuzemském oceňování nemovitých věcí. This bachelor thesis consists of theoretical, practical and analytic part. The theoretical part is focused on highest and best use method (HABU) and its importance for domestic real estate valuation. The practical part includes market valuation of flat and apartment building, using market, income and cost method.
