Cílem předložené bakalářské práce je analýza a zjištění základních atributů interkulturní mediace při řešení etnických konfliktů. Teoretická část se nejprve zabývá obecnými informacemi o tom, co je mediace a o možnosti využití v interkulturním konfliktu. The aim of my bachelor paper was to analyse the basic attributes of inter cultural mediation when solving ethnical conflicts. The theoretical part explores the common information about the mediation itself and also about its use in the inter cultural conflict.
