Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nepřípustnosti důkazů v trestním řízení. The bachelor work is engaged in problems of inadmissibility of evidence in criminal procedure. First chapters are dedicated to clarification of some basic concepts relating to prooofs, then to problems adumbration of inadmissibility of evidence and absolute and relative inefficiency.
