Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Analýza odchylek jako nástroj kontroly a řízení podniku“ jsou metody, jejichž cílem je poskytovat manažerům informace o rozdílech mezi skutečným a požadovaným stavem. První část je teoretickým popisem těchto metod, ve které je popsán obecný postup získávání a analýzy odchylek, po kterém následuje klasifikace nejpoužívanějších z nich. Při klasifikaci se klade důraz na ty odchylky, se kterými se pracuje v druhé části bakalářské práce. Tou je praktická analýza sledování odchylek v konkrétním podniku.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis entitled “Variances analysis as a tool for controlling and managing an enterprise” are methods used to offer managers the information concerning differences between the real and desired state. The first part contains a theoretical description of these methods including general process of variances achieving and analysing. Thereafter follows classification of the most often used methods. When classifying those variances are emphasised which applied in the second part of this thesis. Practical variances analysis in a specific company makes the second mart.
