Phenotypic plasticity of Desmodesmus communis induced by turbulence and the presence of predators in the environment.
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zaznamenání fenotypové plasticity druhu Desmodesmus communis způsobené vlivem kairomonů vylučovaných predátory rodu Daphnia a vlivem turbulentního prostředí. V průběhu experimentů byly zaznamenány morfologické variability tohoto druhu (růst buněk a cenobií, ostnů, trnů a výběžků). Fenotypy nalezené v této práci byly porovnávány s publikacemi.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to detect phenotypic plasticity of Desmodesmus communis caused by kairomons eliminated by predators Daphnia and turbulent environment. Morphological variabilitis of this species were observed (growth of cell and cnobium, spines or projections). Phenotypes found in this work were compared with publications.
