Abstract:
Tato práce slouží k pochopení problematiky řízení lidských zdrojů, a to zejména kariérního růstu a motivace zaměstnanců. Součástí práce je seznámení s podnikem MPH Medical Devices s.r.o., jeho kariérním programem a systémem odměňování zaměstnanců. Práce je doplněna o návrhy na zlepšení kariérního programu a systému odměňování v podniku.
Abstract:
This work was written to understand the issue of the human resoucers managment especially the career growth and the employee motivation. The part of the work is introducing MPH Medical Devices s. r. o company, its career programme and its system of employee remunaration. In this work there are the suggestions of improving the career programme and the remuneration system in this company.
