Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo zabezpečiť preskúmateľnosť podnikateľského zámeru, poukázať na jeho náležitosti a špecifiká pri stanovení všeobecnej hodnoty podniku. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola je venovaná teoretickému pohľadu na stanovenie všeobecnej hodnoty podniku.
