Employee Training as a Part of Corporate Culture

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vzděláváním zaměstnanců jako součástí firemní kultury. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část se obecně zabývá pojmem vzdělávání a dále vzděláváním firemním. Definuje cíle, důvody, metody a formy firemního vzdělávání a vztah firemní kultury a vzdělávání. Věnuje se současným trendům ve vzdělávání a identifikuje nejčastější problémy v této oblasti. V empirické části práce je popsána metodologie kvantitativního výzkumného šetření a jsou zde interpretována získaná data. V závěru práce je předloženo doporučení pro praxi, které bylo výsledkem analýzy těchto dat.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the education of employees as part of the corporate culture. It is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part generally deals with the general concept of education and corporate education. It defines the goals, reasons, methods and forms of corporate education and the relationship between corporate culture and education. It deals with current trends in education and identifies the most common problems in this area. The empirical part of the thesis describes the methodology of quantitative research and interprets the data obtained. At the end of the work, a recommendation for practice is presented, which was the result of the analysis of these data.
