Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení optimálních podmínek pro extrakci steroidních látek nadkritickou tekutinou z tekuté matrice doplňků stravy. Separace směsi steroidů byla provedena pomocí metody HPLC - UV.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the determination of selected steroids from liquid food supplements. To this purpose the experimental optimization of the supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) method followed by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with UV detection (HPLC-UV) was performed.
