Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem delikvence mládeže a jejími příčinami. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny některé pojmy týkající se této problematiky, dále jsem rozvedla faktory, které mohou mít největší vliv na vznik delikvence u mladistvých a zabývám se také ústavní výchovou a prevencí delikvence mladistvých. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the topic of juvenile delinquency and its causes. Theorethical part defines some terms which are related to this issue, than I elaborated circumstances influencing inception of juvenile delinquency.
