Bakalářská práce rozebírá práva autorská, práva s nimi související a práva k databázi, přičemž současně vymezuje jejich trestněprávní ochranu. The Bachelor thesis discusses copyright, law related to copyright as well as database right, while simultaneously it defines criminal protection.
