Abstract:

Resumé Bakalářská práce ?Financování a řízení Severočeského divadla opery a baletu Ústí nad Labem?. Zahrnuje seznámení se s příspěvkovou organizací a jejím hospodařením. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit situaci a podmínky samofinancování Severočeského divadla opery a baletu Ústí nad Labem a to na základě literární rešerše v oboru financování neziskových organizací, respektive kultury, provedení analýzy současného stavu financování a posouzení možností pokračování aktivit ve změněných strukturách řízení či legální formy. První teoretická část je zaměřena na specifika veřejných statků v oboru kultury a financování kultury v neziskovém sektoru. A v druhé praktické části se zabývá představením Severočeského divadla opery a baletu Ústí nad Labem jako příspěvkové organizace a jako společnosti s ručením omezeným. Následuje analýza financování jeho aktivit. V závěru práce je vyhodnocen současný stav s možnými návrhy na zlepšení situace.

Abstract:

Resume Bachelor thesis "The financing and management of the North Bohemian Theatre of Opera and Ballet Ústí nad Labem, contributory organization" includes familiarization with the contributory organization and its economy. The aim is to assess the situation and conditions of self-financing of the North Bohemian Theatre of Opera and Ballet Ústí nad Labem on the basis of a literary research in the sphere of non-profit organizations financing or culture financing in general, analysis of the current state of financing and estimation of the possibilities of activities elongation in the changed management structures or legal form. The first theoretical part focuses on the specifics of public goods in the field of culture and culture funding in the non-profit sector. A second practical part deals with the introduction of the North Bohemian Theatre of Opera and Ballet Ústí nad Labem as a contributory organization and as a limited liability company. The following is an analysis of the financing of its activities. The conclusion of my thesis evaluates the current state with possible improvement suggestions.
