Abstract:
Zinkový protein ZCCHC7 je lidským homologem kvasinkového proteinu Air2 a patrně se stejně jako on podílí na kontrole kvality RNA. Konkrétně je protein Air2 jako jedna z podjednotek multiproteinového komplexu TRAMP zodpovědný za vazbu k RNA. Cílem této práce bylo vyřešit strukturu proteinu ZCCHC7 (jeho 5 zinkových domén) pomocí NMR a prostudovat jeho vazebné schopnosti s RNA. Zvolený konstrukt ZCCHC7 …moreAbstract:
Zinc protein ZCCHC7 is the human homolog of yeast protein Air2 and appears to have similar function as Air2, as it co-works on RNA quality control. As a subunit of multi-protein complex TRAMP, Air2 works as RNA binding protein. The aim of a present study is to resolve structure of ZCCHC7 protein (concretely, its 5 zinc domains) with NMR.
