ANOTACE Autor: Bronislav Feču Název: Výkonnost řízeného MLM v dlouhodobém období Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje posouzení výkonnosti zaměstnanců ve finančních a bankovních službách k výkonnosti spolupracovníka řízeného MLM v dlouhodobém období v teže činnosti. Dále se bakalářská práce soustředí na posouzení výkonnosti řízeného MLM v dlohodobém období a její vliv na růst firmy.
