Bakalářská práce zkoumá problematiku trhu práce a zaměstnanosti v Ústeckém kraji. Zabývá se aplikací nástrojů státní aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, Úřadu práce ČR, na znevýhodněné osoby na trhu práce. Cílem práce je analýza a vyhodnocení politiky zaměstnanosti regionálního trhu práce v období let 2020 – 2023. The bachelor's thesis examines the issue of the labor market and employment in the Ústí Region. It deals with the application of the tools of the state active employment policy, the Labor Office of the Czech Republic, to disadvantaged people on the labor market.
