Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice neurčitých právních pojmů a správního uvážení. V první části jsou popsány právní normy v obecné rovině včetně jejich interpretace a aplikace. Další část práce je věnována neurčitým pojmům, jejich charakteristice, rozsahu a obsahu. Značná část práce je věnována rozboru vybraných neurčitých pojmů včetně vybrané legislativy. This thesis is dedicated to the indefinite legal concepts and administrative discretion. The first part describes the law in general, including their interpretation and application. Another part is devoted to indefinite concepts, their characteristics, scope and content.
