Rodina 14-3-3 je perspektivní rodina proteinů, které vystupují v mnoha důležitých biologických procesech jako například regulace bunečného cyklu, apoptóza, neurochemii mozku, regulace proteinu a v bunečné signalizaci. Family of 14-3-3 are perspective proteins that take part in many important biological functions such as regulation of cell cycle, apoptosis, neurochemistry of brain, regulation of proteins and cell signaling. New hypothesis in binding mechanism of 14-3-3 partners emerged about “anchor” like segments that interact with regions outside of the 14-3-3 phosphorylation binding sites.
