Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výrobu kávy a využití kávy v potravinářských výrobách. První část práce se zmiňuje o historii kávy, morfologickém a botanickém popisu kávovníku. Dále popisuje celý proces výroby kávy od sběru až po pražení a následné zpracování ve výrobách. Zmiňuje konkrétní výsledné kávové výrobky. This bachelor thesis is focused on coffee production and coffee usage in food production it-self. The first part is mentioning the coffee history and morphological and botanical descripti-on of the coffee tree (Coffea).
