Selection and recruitment of employments in the bank

Abstract:

Thesis Selection and recruitment of employees in the Bank we focus on two major parts, it is a theoretical part and a practical part. Each part has several sub-chapters. In the theoretical part we focus on the banking institution as such, its evolution and functions and also will be discussed each of the processes and methods for the meticulous selection and extraction of staff. For organizations and candidates, there are nowadays many information sources and options, how to find job vacancies or filled. If the organization chooses from suitable candidates, followed by the adoption of the requisite formalities, which rozoberiem in the analytical part. In the practical part we will focus on the convergence and comparison of whether individual dismembered phase and the method in the theoretical part are applied also to the practice.

Abstract:

V bakalárskej práci Výber a získavanie zamestnancov v banke sa zameriavame na dve hlavné časti, je to teoretická časť a praktická časť. Každá časť má niekoľko podkapitol. V teoretickej časti sa zameriavame na bankovú inštitúciu ako takú, jej vývojom a funkciami a taktiež rozoberieme jednotlivé procesy a metódy pre dôkladný výber a získavanie zamestnancov. Pre organizácie ako aj uchádzačov existuje v dnešnej dobe množstvo informačných zdrojov a možností, ako nájsť voľné pracovné miesta alebo ich obsadiť. Ak daná organizácia vyberie z vhodných uchádzačov, nasledujú formálne náležitosti jeho prijatia, ktoré rozoberiem v analytickej časti. V praktickej časti sa zameriame na priblíženie a porovnanie či jednotlivé rozobrané fázy a metódy v teoretickej časti sú aplikované aj do praxe.
