Abstract:
Diplomová práce je teoreticko-průzkumnou prací, věnující se problematice hodnocení kvality ošetřovatelské péče na dětských odděleních. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření ukazují, jak děti hodnotí péči ošetřujícího personálu a jak je důležité poskytnout jim adekvátní nástroj
Abstract:
The thesis is a theoretical and research work devoted to problematics evaluation of the quality of nursing care in children´s department. The results of the questionnaire research show how children evaluate nursing care and how important it is to provide them with an adequate instrument.
