Abstract:
Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku pracovní spokojenosti ve vybrané firmě. Zaměřuji se na motivaci zaměstnanců, zvýšení jejich výkonnosti a jejich stabilizaci ve firmě. V teoretické rovině rozebírá vnější a vnitřní faktory motivace, motivaci pracovníků, vzdělávání ve firmě, pracovní prostředí, komunikaci na pracovišti, hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků.
